At Stalk Straws, we’re committed to getting your eco-friendly straws to you quickly and safely—while keeping our footprint light. Here’s how we ship:
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packed with care and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we’re experiencing delays, we’ll keep you in the loop.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship across Canada with multiple shipping options:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Wholesale or bulk order? Get in touch at sales@stalkstraws.com for custom shipping quotes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select countries outside Canada.
Note: Duties, customs, or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to the natural material of our straws, we may not ship to certain regions with strict climate or import regulations. Contact us if you’re unsure before placing your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your straws from our hands to yours.
LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
