WHO WE ARE
Stalk Straws provides sustainable, compostable drinking straws made from wheat stalks and reed grass. We sell to both individuals and businesses through our website.
USING OUR WEBSITE
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and product descriptions—belongs to us and can’t be copied or used without permission.
PRODUCT INFO
Our straws are made from natural materials, so slight variations in size, shape, or color may occur. We do our best to ensure product photos and descriptions are accurate, but they’re for general reference only.
PRICES + PRODUCT
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. We do our best to keep prices accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors. Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may apply depending on your location.
ORDERING
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order—for example, if the item is out of stock or there was a pricing error. If we do, we’ll let you know and issue a full refund.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We ship orders quickly and do our best to meet estimated delivery times. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right. Please note that returns for reasons other than damage or error may not be accepted, especially for wholesale orders.
SUSTAINABILITY + USE
Stalk Straws are 100% compostable and made for single use. Store them in a cool, dry place for best results. Because they're made from natural materials, performance may vary slightly depending on the drink.

We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use (or misuse) of our products or website. Use our products at your own discretion.
