At Stalk Straws, we want you to love what you sip through. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Here’s how our refund process works:
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund—your choice.
Email us at sales@stalkstraws.com with your order number and a photo, if possible. It helps us sort things out quickly!
WHAT WE DON’T COVER
Because our straws are made from natural materials and designed for single use, we generally do not accept returns for reasons like:

Slight natural variations in size or color

WHOLESALE ORDERS
All wholesale or bulk orders are final sale unless items are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please inspect your shipment carefully and notify us right away if there’s an issue.
